Friends of Makoshika

Meet Mak, Makoshika State Park's new mascot! Mak the robotic dinosaur, arrived from over seas and just in time for Buzzard Day where he was a huge success with all ages. He can move his eyes & tail, roar and looks pretty ferocious. Mak with a price tag of nearly $4000 was purchased with FOM funds and the help of the park and private donations. Mak will be useful in promoting the park by attending events such as Buzzard Day, parades and other events.
